Chili Crisp Tofu

One of my favorite quick snacks or lunches, is also one of the easiest to make.


Block of tofu (X-Firm or Firm)

Soy Sauce

Chili Crisp

Sesame Oil

Garlic Powder

Cooked Rice (optional)

Cut tofu into cubes. How big or perfect does not matter.
Put tofu in a bowl and add in a few splashes of soy sauce and sesame oil. Add a large spoonful of chili crisp. Add a dash of garlic powder. None of these need to be exact. You are just adding awesomeness. Add as much as you want.
Gently toss or mix all of it, so the tofu cubes are coated.
Add to air fryer (try to have them a little separated) at 390 degrees F for 13-14 minutes. Shake once or twice during the cooking process. If you do not have an air fryer, this can be done on a baking sheet in the oven also.
Serve over warm rice.

This takes about 2 minutes to prepare, then let it cook. About as easy a meal as one can be. And it tastes epic.
