Fish Burritos

Simple and tasty!  Makes 4-5 Burritos

  • Flour Tortillas (I like using the larger ones).  Quality tortillas are always the key
  • Gardein Fish, one package
  • Cabbage
  • Just Mayo or Veganaise
  • Garlic Powder
  • Salt and Pepper
  • Chopped fresh cilantro
  • Salsa
  • Tomato (optional)
  • Rice (optional)

Fry Gardein Fish in a larger frying pan with a little oil, until cooked and slightly browned.

Lay out 4 or 5 tortillas.  Coat with vegan mayo.  Sprinkle with some garlic powder.  Add a bit of the salt and pepper to the tortilla.

Cut up fish into strips.  Divide fish into tortillas.

Cut up cabbage into strips.  Place into tortillas.

Sprinkle chopped cilantro to the burrito.

Dice  tomato and add to the tortillas if using.  Add cooked rice (spanish if possible!) to the burrito if using.

Add salsa now to the burrito (or add later if some may not want the salsa, or want to use different salsas)

Roll into burrito form and serve.
