Fried Tofu “Chicken”

First prepare the tofu per this video from Mary’s Test Kitchen

Quick marinate it in veggie broth with added spices (sage, turmeric, garlic powder, parsley, pepper)

For the batter:
Dry mix: flour, onion powder, salt, pepper, cayenne, paprika.

Wet mix: flour, salt, pepper, onion powder, paprika, SPARKLING water, a little bit of hot sauce.

Dip dry – wet – dry, and then fry til freaking delicious.
