This is a simple dish, made creamy with the addition of a can of coconut milk.
- Box of mushrooms, sliced
- Medium onion, chopped.
- Olive oil
- Can of coconut milk
- 1 tsp vegan Worstershire sauce
- Salt and pepper
- Pasta or rice
Saute onions in a bit of olive oil. When starting to soften, add sliced mushrooms. Cook until soft.
Stir in can of coconut milk. Worstershire sauce.
Season to taste,
Serve or rice or pasta.
