Onion Gravy

  • ¼ Cup Earth Balance
  • 1 Medium Onion Chopped.
  • 2 Tablespoons Flour
  • 1½ Cups Vegetable Broth + more to thin as desired.
  1. In a medium sauce pan melt butter over medium heat. Sauté the onion in the butter until the onion are caramelized.
  2. Whisk in flour and cook for 1 minute.
  3. Whisk in broth and cook until the gravy thickens. If your gravy gets too thick, just whisk in more broth to reach desired consistency. Remove from heat and serve.
