Roasted Brussels Sprouts and Carrots

Note, you could easily modify this recipe with other veggies.


  • Approx 3 cups of brussels sprouts
  • 8-10 carrots
  • 3 TBSP olive oil
  • 2 TBSP maple syrup
  • Salt and Pepper as needed

Wash veggies, pat dry. Place on a baking sheet using a silicone matt or parchment paper.

Toss with olive oil, maple syrup, salt and pepper.

Roast in 350 degree oven for 35-40 minutes
