Basic or Base Dressing
- 1/4 cup Miso Paste (white preferred)
- 1/4 cup oil
- 1/4 cup orange juice
- salt and pepper to taste if needed (should not need salt)

Same base. Add:
- Ginger approx 2 tbsp or 1″ of the root sliced thinly
- 5 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp sesame oil (can be roasted)
