Savory Chickpea Pancakes

1 cup chickpea flour
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp Baking powder
Pinch chili flakes
1 cup water

Mix dry ingredients together well. Add water and whisk until no lumps. Get a skillet medium-high and spray with a little oil. Add batter and cook each side for about 4 minutes. Top with whatever you want.

Topping ideas:  Green onions.  Beans.  Cilantro. Tomatoes. Cabbage. Hot sauce.
