This is a very simple dish.
- 1/2 diced onion
- 3 garlic cloves
- 1 package of vegan meatballs, any kind
- 1 package of vegan puff pastry
- Marinara sauce
- Salt and pepper
- Vegan parmesan or mozz cheese
Saute onion and garlic in a skillet. Add in meat balls to get a sear on them.
Set out thawed puff pastry. Add strips of onion and garlic. Add line of balls. Add some marinara to the balls and sprinkle with parm or mozz.
Fold over pastry to cover. Crimp edges
Bake in oven at 350 until golden. Serve with more sauce.
