Breakfast Wraps


  • 3-4 large flour tortillas
  • 1 package of Light Life Gimme Lean Sausage
  • 1 package of Firm Tofu
  • Pinch of black salt
  • ¼ tsp of turmeric
  • ½-1 bag of FYH Cheddar Shreds
  • Tater Tots, cooked
  • Ketchup


Drain your tofu

Heat a small frying pan to medium

Crumble in your drained tofu

Sprinkle with black salt and turmeric

Mix turmeric so tofu turns yellow

Cook stirring often for 5-7 minutes

Remove from heat

In the same pan add a little oil

Crumble in your sausage

Cook using spatula to break up the sausage

Cook until browned roughly 5-7 minutes

Remove from heat

Heat a large non-stick skillet over medium-high heat

Prepare your wraps

Drizzle the center of your tortilla with ketchup

Top with a handful of tater tots

Top with crumbled sausage, tofu and cheese

Wrap up your crunchwrap

Start by grabbing one piece and folding in

Continue to layer folds until its sealed

Spray your pan with cooking spray or oil

Place your wrap, seam side down in hot pan

Cook for 2-3 minutes until browned

Flip and repeat

Continue with remaining ingredients
