INGREDIENTS
- 1/2 cup tahini
- 2 tbsp lemon juice or 1/2 lemon
- 2 tbsp white miso paste
- 1/2 cup nutritional yeast
- 1 tbsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- about 1/2 cup water or to your liking
- 3 large handfuls of spinach, roughly chopped
- 1 cup marinara sauce
- about 3 cups diced tomatoes (2 14 oz cans)
- 1 cup sun dried tomatoes
- 2 boxes of penne pasta
DIRECTIONS
1. mix together all ingredients except water and marinara
2. once combined, add water and mix until it reaches a consistency you like
3. blend in marinara sauce
4. boil pasta noodles and add spinach and sun dried tomatoes last minute of cooking, drain
