This is a crazy easy meal to make! For each sandwich, take two Gardein fish fillets and heat on a pan (can use some oil). Place the two fillets side by side to make a square shape. Place one slice of vegan cheese (I like Chao) on it. Place in the oven to melt the cheese. On a quality bun (buns can be steamed to make them more awesome), spread some vegan mayo and then a layer of dill relish mixed into the mayo. Optionally add some lettuce and/or pickles. Assemble and serve.
