Lebanese Cauliflower in the Oven

Cauliflower, sliced, one head
3 Potatoes. sliced
Bunch of fresh cilantro
Red Chili Paste or fresh red chili
Lemon Juice from 4 lemons or 1/2 cup
1/2 cup Tahini

Fry your cauliflower until softened.
Fry your potatoes and flip until softened.

Layer them into a 9×13 baking dish
Fry one bunch of coriander with one smashed clove of garlic and one smashed chili or 1 tsp of chili paste.

Layer on to the cauliflower and potatoes.

Juice 4 lemons or pour 1/4 cup of lemon juiceinto a bowl, add the tahini on top and whisk.

Drizzle water into the tahini mix and continue whisking while water is added until it has a yoghurt texture.

Add the tahini mix to the baking dish and place in the oven, cook for about 20 minutes at 400 degrees F.
