- 1 cup Macaroni Pasta (Cooked) set aside.
- 1 package Gardein Meatless Meatballs
- One chopped onion
- 4 Cloves Garlic
- 2 tsp olive oil
- 2 cans progresso Lentil soup
- 1 cup water
Sauté garlic in olive oil; pour in cans of Lentil soup and add 1 cup water, stir.
Add in frozen gardein Meatless Meatball that you like.
Cook this on medium low heat.
Cook for about 15 minutes after about 12 minutes using a knife check to make sure meatballs are not frozen in their center; “all you need this to do is to defrost the meatballs and heat the meatballs all the way through.”
Add the already cooked pasta. Stir and cook 5 more minutes.
Stew Variation: To turn this meal into a stew simply boil some potatoes instead of the pasta; add frozen vegetables, one 15 oz can of chopped tomatoes to the lentil soup and add your meatless meatballs the last 15 minutes of cooking time and add your already cooked potatoes in the last 5 minutes. I also toss in some chopped onion at the very beginning and add a little water if needed. Serve with hot Italian bread and you got dinner done!
