Parmesan Cheese Replacement

Easy!  This is from Brand New Vegan’s recipe.

In a chopper/food processor combine

  • 3/4 cup of raw Cashews
  • 3 Tablespoons Nutritional Yeast
  • 3/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp Garlic Powder

That is it!  Process until the consistency is like a grated parmesan cheese!
