A very easy to make dish that serves 4-5.
Make Peanut Sauce:
- ½ cup smooth peanut butter
- ¼ cup low-sodium soy sauce or tamari
- 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
- ¼ cup brown rice syrup
- ¼ teaspoon ground ginger
- ¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional)
Combine in bowl and whisk
- Box of spaghetti noodles (or other pasta)
- 3-4 green onions, sliced
- Chopped or crushed peanuts
Cook pasta. Drain. Mix in peanut sauce. Serve and garnish with chopped green onions and crushed or chopped peanuts.
