Ingredients
- 2 Tbl olive oil
- ½ block of extra firm tofu
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- salt and pepper to taste
- ¼ Cup nutritional yeast flakes
- 1 tsp Black Himalayan Salt
Directions
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium-high heat
- Crumble tofu into the pan
- Add ¼ tsp garlic powder
- Add Himalayan Salt to give it the eggy flavor
- Add salt and pepper to taste
- Add ⅛ cup of nooch
- Cook for 3 min
- Flip the tofu as evenly as possible
- Add ¼ tsp of garlic powder
- Add salt and pepper to taste
- Add the rest of the nooch
- Cook for 3 min
- Mix tofu “eggs” around in the pan and cook until desired texture (1-3 more minutes)
- Let cool briefly and enjoy
Optional:
Add in diced green bell peppers. Add 1/2 tsp tumeric. Add in diced onions. Scramble with kale, spinach. Scramble with vegan sausage or crumbles.
